(The Award Letter and the Nomination Form may be printed and copied for distribution).
Our thanks to all the organizations encouraging the youth of our community to serve now and in the future. Please be sure to bring to our attention the names and qualifications of other young people for consideration in the coming years. Nomination forms for 2009 are available on this website and have been sent to local organizations.
